Bly Pozzie Pty (Ltd) has a no refund policy. Once an order has been approved for production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on purchased items. By purchasing items from this platform, you agree to comply to this policy.

Minor variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to production processes. These do not qualify as defects. All items are purchased under drop shipping policies, using this platform to purchase goods means you understand and are willing to cooperate with these policies and be patient with the production and shipping process of your goods.
